Georgia DDS 20-Hour DUI / Risk Reduction Program
(Program will operate upon official DDS approval)
Matters of the Heart DUI School & Risk Reduction Training, LLC will provide a Georgia DDS-compliant DUI School and Risk Reduction Program serving Clayton County and the Metro Atlanta area.
This program is designed for individuals referred by courts, probation, attorneys, and other legal authorities who are required to complete the Georgia 20-Hour Risk Reduction Program.
Upon approval, participants will receive structured, professional instruction in accordance with Georgia DDS standards.
Program Requirements
The Georgia DUI/Risk Reduction Program consists of two required components:
* State Assessment (must be completed prior to class enrollment)
* 20-Hour DUI/Risk Reduction Course
The State Assessment typically takes 25–45 minutes. After completion, participants may enroll in the next available class session.
All classes will be conducted in accordance with Georgia DDS regulations.
